Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190)
This is a permanent visa. It lets you stay in Australia indefinitely. The visa has a travel component that expires 5 years after the date of visa grant. 190 visa invites skilled workers by Australian state or Territory. One should submit Expression of Interest (EOI) first and Australian immigration issue invitation according to their skill requirements. You can include members of the family unit in your application.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant be invited to apply.
- You must have been nominated for this visa by an Australian state or territory government agency.
- Competent English (6 each in IELTS)
- Skill assessment in STSOL or MLTSL
- Must be under 45 years of age.
- Must have 65 points including state points.
- Must meet health Requirements.
