Eligibility
- Be in Australia when you apply for the visa.
- Be a remaining relative of an Australian citizen or Permanent resident or eligible New Zealand, citizen.
- Have an eligible sponsor.
- Meet the essential character and health requirements.
- Not have any outstanding debts to the Australian Government
- This visa costs AUD 6,490.
- There is an additional charge for each family member who applies with you.
- You pay for this visa in 2 parts, called installments.
- Pay the first installment when you apply and the second installment when we ask you to.
- You might also have to pay other costs for health checks, police certificates and bio-metrics.
