Remaining Relative Visa (subclass 115)- Off Shore Visa
A Permanent Residence Visa, Subclass 115 Remaining Relative Visa is only for those whose close relatives are all established in Australia and they are the only person to remain in their home country. This visa allows a non-Australian person whose only close relatives live in Australia to live in Australia as a permanent resident.
Purpose of this visa
- Stay in Australia indefinitely.
- Work and study in Australia.
- Enroll in Australia’s public healthcare scheme, Medicare.
- Sponsor your relatives to come to Australia.
- If eligible, apply for Australian citizenship.
- Travel to and from Australia within 5 years You must be outside Australia when you apply and when your application is decided.
Cost
- This visa costs AUD 6,490.
- There is an additional charge for each family member who applies with you.
- You pay for this visa in 2 parts, called installments.
- Pay the first installment when you apply and the second installment when we ask you to.
- You might also have to pay other costs for health checks, police certificates and bio-metrics.
