Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa (subclass 191)
This visa does not commence until 16 November 2022. It is for people who have reside, work and studied in regional area in Australia on a previous eligible visa.
This visa permits you: –
- Dwell in Australia permanently.
- Entitled to enroll in a study course or do job anywhere in Australia.
- Eligibility to apply for Australian citizenship.
- Sponsor eligible relatives to come to Australia.
Eligibility Criteria
- You need to hold an eligible regional provisional 491 or 494 visa, when applying for Subclass 191 Visa.
- You must have lived for a minimum of 3 years and have a taxable income at or above a particular income threshold for a minimum of 3 years.
- Applicants (Primary and secondary) have to comply with the conditions of the qualified visa you hold or have held.
